Today is a special day! You know why? Yes, it does happen to be my birthday, and that birthday does happen to be significant, if only because we humans generally count with a base-ten numbering system.
But that’s not why today is so special. The BIG news is that I’m unleashing my newest album Grass Is Alligators!
You can get it here: http://roblambert.bandcamp.com/
I’ve made some recordings in the past, but nothing like this one! Steve “The Kernel” Dawson (http://stevedawsonmusic.com) recorded it and he played bass and drums and a variety of other instruments on it! He knows how to play and he knows how to record music to make it sound real good! Additionally, the awesome Julie Ann Larsen joins me on background vocals on three tracks! Finally Peter Andreadis (http://www.allcitymastering.com/) mastered it so it’ll sound super-duper in your earbuds, in your car and on your vintage hi-fi at home!
I think that you will agree that the songwriting on this one is 61% better than stuff that I’ve done in the past and the recording and production values for this one are 213% better than stuff that I have done in the past. You’ll like it, I am 91% sure!
I’d love it if you got yourself an actual physical CD. It’s got Grass Is Alligators-themed artwork and it’s drawn by yours truly!
In celebration of the release, the first 144 physical CDs ordered from Bandcamp (http://roblambert.bandcamp.com/) will include a personal thank you note from me! Note that when you purchase the physical CD from Bandcamp, it includes a free immediate download of the whole darn thing! You can download the high-quality version of the album and then hang the CD on your wall for its decorative use now and for your Grass Is Alligators emergencies later!
The album is in the process of being rolled out to Amazon, iTunes and just about everywhere else, but THE BEST PLACE TO GET IT IS AT http://roblambert.bandcamp.com/ so you can get it NOW!
Thanks for your support!

I wanted to draft you that tiny word in order to say thank you over again just for the gogruoes knowledge you have shared above. It’s so generous of you to allow without restraint precisely what a few people could possibly have supplied for an ebook to earn some cash on their own, most importantly considering the fact that you could have done it if you ever desired. These basics as well served to provide a easy way to comprehend other people have the same passion much like my own to know the truth a lot more on the subject of this problem. Certainly there are a lot more fun occasions ahead for individuals who read carefully your blog post.
As an African-American youth leader of a crchuh, I find it incomprehensible that black Christians have become so accepting of the LGBT lifestyle. Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter, Isaiah 5:20. I do not hate gay people. I do not hate anyone. We are all sinners before a mighty God and God sent his Son to die on the cross for humanity to be reconciled to Himself. I think we should show love to everyone and not bully, harass or ridicule gay people. However, the Bible is clear that homosexuality is sin and we must be honest enough to proclaim it as such, just as we proclaim certain heterosexual acts (fornication, adultery) as sin as well. The black crchuh has an opportunity to love the LGBT black community. However, the way we love people is by leading them to a right relationship with God. When we trust Christ for our sins, we can experience not only the forgiveness of sins but freedom from the bondage of sin and that includes the bondage of homosexuality.
