Diluted "Senior" Titles

I honestly do not care much about job titles, but, is it just me, or has the title: “Senior XXXXXX” been diluted to mean “XXXXX with one year experience” or “XXXXXX who is not fresh out of college” or “XXXXX who has had at least one job as XXXXX before”?
